Uh oh, something went wrong with my order. What do I do?
If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase (unlikely, I know, but it happens), send us a message ASAP via the Contact Us link. We will consider each instance carefully to determine if an exchange, refund, or return is required.
How will my stuff get to me?
For US orders, we can ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL.We also provide international shipping. Please contact us if you have problems with shipping questions or issues. Shipping prices are the contracted rates we pay, we do not mark up for shipping and handling.
Orders of on-hand items will be processed and shipped once a week, on Thursdays. On demand orders may take a little longer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
